We’re Hiring Dog Care Specialists

Our Dog Care Specialist role is an active, hands-on position in our dog daycare, supporting group play, monitoring behavior, and creating a safe, positive experience for every dog in our care.

No formal experience is required. We provide paid training, mentoring, and ongoing support. What matters most is a positive attitude, comfort working with dogs of all sizes, and a willingness to learn. :)

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for reliable, energetic team members who enjoy working with both dogs and people.

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Have a Class 5 driver’s license

  • Be comfortable with dogs of all sizes

  • Have excellent communication skills

  • A positive, can-do attitude

  • Comfortable using apps on your cell phone (like Slack, Connecteam, etc.)

Nice to have:

  • Flexible schedule! We’re open 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays — we run on dog time.

This is an active, hands-on role that involves being on your feet, walking dogs, using stairs, and occasional lifting (up to 30 lbs).

Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise and work with groups of dogs

  • Take photos and videos of the dogs

  • Provide excellent customer service

  • Write daily updates for dog parents

  • Lots and lots of cleaning

  • Work independently and as part of a team
