We’re Hiring Dog Care Specialists
Our Dog Care Specialist role is an active, hands-on position in our dog daycare, supporting group play, monitoring behavior, and creating a safe, positive experience for every dog in our care.
No formal experience is required. We provide paid training, mentoring, and ongoing support. What matters most is a positive attitude, comfort working with dogs of all sizes, and a willingness to learn. :)

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for reliable, energetic team members who enjoy working with both dogs and people.
You must:
Be at least 18 years old
Have a Class 5 driver’s license
Be comfortable with dogs of all sizes
Have excellent communication skills
A positive, can-do attitude
Comfortable using apps on your cell phone (like Slack, Connecteam, etc.)
Nice to have:
Flexible schedule! We’re open 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays — we run on dog time.
This is an active, hands-on role that involves being on your feet, walking dogs, using stairs, and occasional lifting (up to 30 lbs).
Job Responsibilities
Supervise and work with groups of dogs
Take photos and videos of the dogs
Provide excellent customer service
Write daily updates for dog parents
Lots and lots of cleaning
Work independently and as part of a team
