From puppies to adult dogs, Airdrie Puppy Pals offers fun, interactive group classes and custom private training to help you and your dog reach your training goals.
Our training programs are led by Nikki Nordick, a certified dog trainer and behaviour consultant with hundreds of hours of continuing education in animal behaviour and training. Nikki is also one of a small number of professionals in North America to hold multiple third-party certifications from the Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers and the International Association of Animal Behavior Professionals.

Puppy Class
A group class for puppies of all breeds and sizes who are at least 8 weeks old when the course begins and no older than 16 weeks by the end of the course.
Build your puppy's confidence through positive training while introducing early socialization, good manners, and foundation skills for everyday life.

Jr Puppy Class
A group class for friendly, social puppies who are at least 16 weeks old when the course begins and no older than 8 months by the end of the course.
Build good manners through positive training while enjoying supervised off-leash play and socialization with other puppies.

Minding Our Manners
A group class for dogs of all ages, breeds, and sizes, with a focus on learning and practicing together on leash.
Build everyday manners through positive training while working on skills like loose-leash walking, polite greetings, and coming when called.

We can help with everything from teaching everyday manners and life skills to addressing behaviours like fear, frustration, reactivity, and aggression.
About Our Trainer
Training is led by Nikki Nordick, a certified professional dog trainer and behavior consultant with more than a decade of education and hands-on experience working with dogs and their families.
Nikki uses modern, reward-focused training and puts each dog's emotional well-being first. Classes and private sessions focus on skills you can actually use in everyday life, with clear explanations, relatable examples, and plenty of time for dogs and their people to learn at their own pace.
Nikki takes the time to listen, get to know each dog, and understand what their family is working towards. The goal is to help you understand your dog better, communicate more clearly, and make progress together.
