Puppy Class


At Airdrie Puppy Pals, Puppy Class is a fun, supportive space where your young dog can grow, explore, and start building the skills they need for a confident, well-rounded life. Designed for puppies between 8 and 16 weeks, our open-enrollment classes offer a gentle mix of social play, age-appropriate training, and hands-on guidance to help you and your pup thrive together. Each session is thoughtfully paced to match the needs of the group, with plenty of opportunities for off-leash fun, on-leash learning, and positive exposure to new experiences.

Our trainers are passionate about early puppyhood and committed to setting both you and your puppy up for success—whether it’s your first time raising a dog or your fifth! We’ll help you navigate common challenges, answer your puppy parenting questions, and ensure your pup is learning in a way that’s safe, encouraging, and joy-filled.

Our open-enrollment format means you can register for a Puppy Class anytime, no need to wait for a new session to begin. Just bring your Puppy Pal on a collar or harness and pack some treats they love—we’ll take care of the rest.

Puppy Parent Question

  • This class gives your puppy a chance to safely interact with new people, four to eight other puppies, and a variety of sights, sounds, and surfaces, helping to build a solid foundation for a happy, well-adjusted adult dog. Plus, we introduce basic training skills, confidence-building exercises, and help answer common puppy parenting questions along the way.

  • Puppies must be at least 8 and no older than 16 weeks old.

  • Puppies are required to have their first round of vaccination.

    They do not need their third set of vaccinations to join our class.

    Please bring a copy of your Puppy Pals’ first set of vaccination records to your first class. :)

  • Open enrollment means you can join Puppy Class at any time—no need to wait for a new session to start. Each class is unique, and with new puppies joining regularly, your pup will get the chance to learn and play with a variety of dogs and people in every class.

    Each individual class is $32.50 + GST. We recommend registered for four to six classes ($130-$195) Whatever fits your schedule!

    We offer flexible rescheduling with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Please bring treats your puppy loves, and make sure your pup arrives on a collar, harness (or both!) with a leash (no retractable leashes, please).

    We’ll guide you on when to use the leash and when it’s time for off-leash fun!

  • For everyone’s comfort and safety, and not to overwhelm our participating puppies, we ask that no more than two people accompany each puppy.
