Jr Puppy Class

Jr Puppy Class is all about guiding your growing pup through the sometimes-tricky “teenager” stage with patience, play, and positive structure. Designed for dogs aged 16 weeks to 1 year, these fun, supportive sessions offer a mix of social time, age-appropriate challenges, and on-leash and off-leash learning games to help build your dog’s focus, confidence, and manners, without losing their playful spirit.

With open enrollment, you can jump in anytime, and each class is a little different based on who’s attending. That means your Jr Pup gets regular exposure to new dogs, people, and experiences, all in a safe, encouraging environment. Whether your Puppy Pal is just starting to test boundaries or learning to channel their energy, we’re here to help you both succeed, one tail wag at a time.

Our open-enrollment format means you can register for a JR Puppy Class anytime, no need to wait for a new course to begin. Each class is $32.50 + GST, and you’re welcome to attend as many as you’d like. Just bring your Jr Puppy Pal on a collar or harness (no retractable leashes, please) and pack some treats they love—we’ll take care of the rest.

Common Questions

  • Jr Puppies must be between 14 weeks and 1 year of age and have received all three core vaccinations, including Rabies, before attending class.

  • Open enrollment means that you can register to join us at Jr Puppy Class at anytime! Every class different and with open enrollment you and your Puppy Pal will learn and play with new people and dogs of all sizes each and every class.

  • At the start of class, participants can share their training goals and we will build a custom course unique to the dogs in that class. Common topics may include working on leash manners, leash greetings, no jumping, what is polite play, coming back when call and much more.

  • Open enrollment means you can join Puppy Class at any time—no need to wait for a new session to start. Each class is unique, and with new puppies joining regularly, your pup will get the chance to learn and play with a variety of dogs and people in every class.

    Each individual class is $32.50 + GST. We recommend registered for four to six classes ($130-$195) Whatever fits your schedule!

    We offer flexible rescheduling with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Please bring treats your puppy loves, and make sure your pup arrives on a collar, harness (or both!) with a leash (no retractable leashes, please).

    We’ll guide you on when to use the leash and when it’s time for off-leash fun!

  • For everyone’s comfort and safety, and not to overwhelm our participating puppies, we ask that no more than two people accompany each puppy.
