From puppies to adult dogs, Airdrie Puppy Pals offers fun, interactive group classes and custom private training to help you and your dog reach your training goals.
Our training programs are led by Nikki Nordick, a certified dog trainer and behaviour consultant with hundreds of hours of continuing education in animal behaviour and training. Nikki is also one of a small number of professionals in North America to hold multiple third-party certifications from the Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers and the International Association of Animal Behavior Professionals.

Puppy Class
A group class for puppies of all breeds and sizes who are at least 8 weeks old and no older than 16 weeks old by the start of the course.
Build your puppy's confidence through positive training while introducing early socialization, good manners, and foundation skills for everyday life.

Jr Puppy Class
A group class for friendly, social puppies who are at least 16 weeks old and no older than 9 months old by the end of the course.
Build good manners through positive training while enjoying supervised off-leash play and socialization with other puppies.

Minding Our Manners
A group class for dogs of all ages, breeds, and sizes with no off-leash playtime.
Build everyday manners through positive training while working on skills like loose-leash walking, polite greetings, and coming when called.

Private Training
Private training and behaviour consulting for dogs of all ages.
We can help with everything from teaching everyday manners and life skills to addressing behaviours like fear, frustration, reactivity, and aggression.
About Our Trainer
Training is led by Nikki Nordick, a certified dog training and behavior professional with more than a decade of education and experience helping dogs and their families communicate. Nikki's approach is rooted in modern, reward-focused methods that put emotional well-being first.
Classes and private sessions are built around real life with clear explanations, relatable analogies, and an encouraging atmosphere where learning happens at your dog's pace.
Nikki takes the time to really listen and understand each dog's story. The goal is always the same: helping dogs and humans understand each other and work towards achieving their goals, with confidence and kindness.

With 6 to 8 dogs per class and no more than two people per dog, the environment stays calm, comfortable, and supportive for everyone.
